HOW WE WORK

Consultation and Design
On initial contact, project is discussed and an on site appointment made for consultation. This visit is on a consultancy basis.

Prior to visit, a confirmation letter is sent, accompanied by a simple questionaire and an outline of documentation required from the client to expedite the design process.

On the first site visit photographs and a survey of existing features is taken, including spot levels as required. A design brief is constructed after taking into account client lifestyle, aesthetic preferences and practical requirements. At this stage an estimation of overall design cost, or a fixed cost figure can be given.

A draft concept design is then drawn and presented to you at a second meeting. Any changes or refinements can be discussed and noted, from this, the final concept can be drawn and detailed.

At this stage the plan is suitable for tendering by contractors. Additional construction details can be provided as requested.
